The monthly rental fee is exclusive of monthly maintenance fee, internet/cable fee, electrical and water bills.
Contract is for 1 year, 1 month advance and 2 months deposit.
You won't have to worry of bringing anything else besides your clothes and beddings. There is a pre-installed aircon, smart television (can plug-in usb so you can watch movies from it), built-in cabinets, king-size bed. There are also furnitures like sofa, middle table, dining table w/ 4 chairs. It is easy to cook and store foods as there are refrigerator, microwave and induction cooker.
There are swimming pools and jogging paths to do your daily routine of exercise, and there is a common area with free wifi.
You will feel at home in this unit as it is a very cozy place, which you will see in the pictures. All you'll need to bring is your clothes, bedsheets and pillows!
