The Space
It is a 60sqm property. It has a big balcony, spacious living room and kitchen. The property has just been turned over less than a month ago so it is brand new and all furniture and appliances are brand new. It is professionally interior designed so it feels very homey & luxurious.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with comforter, & hotel quality sheets. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed, and we also provide extra beds good for 3 extra people as we accommodate up to 6 people.
The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric and stove oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, oven toaster, rice cooker, electric water heater, plates, utensils, knives, pans etc. It has everything you need for your stay in Manila!
The property has its own private balcony where groups can hang out. It has the view of the city.
Guest Access
The guests will have access to the property, the common grounds of Flair Towers development, the lounge area & the parks within the development. The guests should also be able to use the pool and gym at a fee to be paid directly to the property management of Flair Towers.
The Neighborhood
The property is very near EDSA, Megamall and Shangrila.
It is 20 - 30 minutes away from the airport.
Getting Around
The property is easily accessible by private cars, taxis and uber cars. When you get out of the complex, tricycles, jeepneys and buses are also available.
Other Things to Note
For monthly bookings, the utilities is capped at Php3,500 and water at Php500 a month. Any overage will be chargeable to the guest.
