Located in a well secured gated community in a redeveloped area of Sta Cruz Manila; right across the SM San Lazaro mall; conveniently accessible to public transport, shopping areas, schools and universities, hospitals. Minimum long term lease lease is six (6) months, though short term leases of at least a week (6 nights) may be negotiated. Unit is provided with cable tv, internet and wifi, heated shower.
For long term lease, the monthly rate excludes condo dues, electricity, water, cable tv and internet bills. A one-month security deposit plus a one-month advance payment are required together with monthly post dated checks. A one time cleaning fee of P1500 is charged upon move out, to be deducted from the security deposit upon refund.
House rules:
1. Smoking inside the studio is not allowed.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Avoid creating loud noises.
4. Unit owner may inspect the premises at any reasonable time.
5. Pest control crew should be allowed to enter and treat the unit.
6. Trash and garbage must be properly disposed of.
