Very easy to transact with the owner and her friend who managed our move-in and the required documents that are needed. Reasonable deposit for the unit and they responded quickly whenever we have questions.
Even Belle is overseas, her friend Abel was able to response and get back to me with my queries promptly as soon as she gets the details from the owner.
