It's been a long two-almost three years since the pandemic changed our lives.
As we slowly re-open our doors to vacations, travel, and other outdoor activities, staycations are a great in-between to scratch that travel bug itch and have the option to stay away from crowded areas.
In our quest to find the perfect staycation spots, we realized something: long-term rentals allows in-person viewing but you rarely see that for staycations and short term rentals.
And we understand how it isn’t feasible, especially if you’re coming from a far place, it doesn’t make sense to make the trip before your actual staycation trip.
But what if we can have something close to that?
Something that can give you more insights than what pictures have to offer? Something that might help you decide or if you are a lessor/broker, something that can help viewers commit to renting your property.
That’s where RentPad TV comes in!
In our pilot episode, we are featuring a Penthouse Unit with 1 Bedroom and a separate office in Paranaque that’s ideal for staycations, workations, or an in-between home going to and from the airport.
We’ve enlisted the help of Ice Artificio to help us have a better feel of the unit by doing a walkthrough of how the space actually feels, the amenities, and other condo features that might help you decide if this is the place for you.
Situated at the edge of the city, this flat provides the best of both worlds: some quiet and accessibility. It is far enough to get away from the hectic metro without having to travel too far.
The place is originally a 2 bedroom condo with a maid's quarters. The second bedroom has been converted into a spacious office while the maid's quarters function as a storage area.
