Need to submit signed contract and gov't issued photo ID a day prior to check in in order to submit to the condominium admin office as per policy and for self check in purposes.
Guest name will be forwarded to the security in order to allow access. Guests have an option to choose their 6 digit access code or we will provide your code for you for the digital lock access. For security reasons the code can only be used once.
Cleaning fee of P500.00 only applies to more than a week stay.
For special requests, please allow 24 hours. We will notify you either thru email or text if we can cater to your request or not.
