Step out onto your own balcony. This studio for rent at Taft East Gate is a fully furnished 37 sqm unit in Mabolo, Cebu City, and it is zoned more cleverly than most studios. A slatted timber divider and an open shelving unit screen off the sleeping area, so the bed, the living space and the dining counter each have a corner of their own.
Meanwhile, the building takes care of the rest. East Gate is a four-tower development set around its own retail podium, the East Gate Shoppes, with the Sky Plaza amenity deck above it. In addition, Cebu Business Park is within walking distance, so you can reach the office, the malls and the restaurants on foot.
