Cooking is not allowed in the unit. There is a shelf cabinet for your clothes. Cleaning materials, water container(5 gallons), plates, utensils, drinking glasses, cups are provided.
The monthly rent is inclusive of condo dues. Utilities( water and electricity) is paid separately by the tenant.
