The shared toilet and bath are used by our senior mother, so we appreciate your understanding in prioritizing her convenience.
We have an extra shower room with a lavatory that residents are welcome to use.
Our home doesn't have a maid, so we expect renters to keep their space tidy and clean up after themselves. Since it's a shared environment, organized and neat individuals would be ideal to help us keep everything in order.
