Stay at EDSA GRAND RESIDENCES condo unit along EDSA NORTH ,QUEZON CITY and very near SM shopping mall,near NORTH AVENUE MRT train station,AND near ROOSEVELT LRT TRAIN STATION IN QUEZON CITY,with swimming pool,aircon,computer,fridge,oven,hot shower,dvd player,cooking utensils,iron+ironing board,QUEEN bed.
Minimum length of stay is 1 year but longer stay is ok too.
RENT PER MONTH : 12500 PESOS PER MONTH .
ASSOCIATION FEES (OR ESTATE MANAGEMENT FEES ): 1800 PESOS PER MONTH
WATER COST: 600 pesos per month +extra 100 pesos for each extra tenant
ELECTRICITY WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY BASED ON ELECTRICITY ENERGY METER WHICH U WILL READ WHEN YOU CHECK IN TO THE APARTMENT AND U WILL TAKE THE METER READING EVERY 1 MONTH AND THE COST OF ELECTRICITY IS TO BE PAID TO ME EVERY 1 MONTH.
Security Deposit needed to be paid BEFORE move in date to confirm stay: 18000 pesos (refundable on move out date ).
On move in date, u need to pay advanced 1 month cost of stay to cover for the cost, for the final last month of stay .
Electricity deposit: 4000 pesos to be paid on move in date and this will be refunded back to u on move out date.
On move in date , u need to pay the 1 month cost of stay for 1st month of stay .
INTERNET AND CABLE TV SERVICES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED,
BUT U ARE ALLOWED TO GET THE INTERNET OR CABLE TV COMPANIES TO FIX UP
THE INTERNET OR CABLE TV EQUIPMENT HERE INSIDE THE APARTMENT IF U WANT TO,
OR GET PREPAID INTERNET .
