It was my first time to rent a condo unit in preparation for our wedding. There's a lot of condo units that you can choose but offered to stay minimum of 3 to 6 months and I only wanted to stay for only a month. It's difficult to search for a condo unit that offers to stay only a month, but I am so lucky at this time that I saw Mr. Mark Tayag's advertisement of his condo unit at Light Residence near Boni Station. The location was pretty good for me to reach Makati more easy because it's along EDSA, I will just ride a taxi , bus or mrt if I want too. There's also Light Mall around the area of the condo that you can easily buy something you need. If you are looking for an adventurous place to buy some more fresh fruits and vegetables you can go to Guadalupe market by just passing through Guadalupe bridge along EDSA, you got an instant exercise, too. The condo unit of Mr. Tayag was a complete package for me, because all the things I need he had inside his unit, all you need to bring is your personal things and yourself. It was pleasing to work with Sir Mark Tayag. He is very accomodating to answer all my concerns in his condo unit even he's been busy to his work outside the country he's always give time to reach you out. I will surely recommend this condo unit to everyone including my friends who is looking also for a place to stay when having their vacation. For me and my husband we think that it is better to rent a condo unit than to stay in a hotel.

Mark has been very helpful through out our stay and his unit is really worth the value. The location of the unit is very strategic especially for someone who is not local or familiar with the place the mall and the grocery it's just below the building, very convenient! Will highly recommend this unit to everyone and will be back here soon. Tips: it might be confusing at first to locate the mall at first but just remember the swimming pool is on the 8th floor and the mall from every It might be confusing at first to locate the condo but just remember it's main lobby is just in front of the malls' entrance and then going up to 8th floor will be pool area and its entrance to the 3 towers. You can also take a short cut by going to the 3rd floor if you'll be heading inside the mall right away.

We were not able to stay at Mr. Tayag's place because of misunderstanding with the stated rates. But I'm still giving him 4 stars because he's very accommodating, polite and replies to queries fast. Kind person deserves more stars than the place itself.
