ELECTRONIC KEY CARD DOOR ACCESS
The condo is equipped with an electronic key card/biometric door access, thus no bulky keys to carry, just a credit card size of key card. This key card cannot be duplicated by any previous guest making it safe and secure. This key card will also help you on saving electricity cost as when it is taken out from the power receptacle unit, it shuts down all electrical connections inside the condo except the refrigerator.
PILLOW AND MATTRESS PROTECTOR
Our pillows and the bed are with pillow and mattress protector which prevents bodily fluids (saliva, sweat, blood, etc.) from seeping in or entering the insides of the pillow and the bed mattress. With this, you can be sure that our pillows and mattress are of with the best hygiene standards.

RESERVATION FEE/DEPOSIT
In order to make a confirmed reservation and booking, immediate cash payment of Php 3,000-- Reservation Fee/Deposit is required in order to lock-in the dates and prevent others from getting similar booking schedules.
This reservation fee will be non-refundable if guest will not show up on check-in date.
Should guest indeed show-up on supposed check-in date but failed to pay the full amount of the rental fee and security deposit, the reservation fee shall become non-refundable and thus considered a cancelled booking.
In cases where the guest cancels his/her reservation or booking, no refund will be given to the guest for the reservation fee/deposit that had been previously paid.
This will become refundable if the guest will indeed show up on check-in date and make a full payment of the rental fee and security cash deposit.
The reservation fee/deposit of Php 3,000-- will become part of the refundable security cash deposit of Php 10,000-- (Php 3,000 + Php 7,000 = Php 10,000--)
