Mikko presented himself very well and was very accommodating. While not too detailed-oriented, he at least managed to negotiate the price (of a 1-bedroom condo unit in Fort) down to our budget and agreed to all the standard cleaning and upkeep of the unit, furniture and appliances prior to us moving in.
