Our place and what we offer:
We offer a cozy and modern one-bedroom condo unit at Infina DMCI, Quezon City. It is an inviting place to relax after a long day at work or in school. We are located on an atrium floor, which makes for great ventilation and additional outside space. The unit has a private balcony with the Ortigas skyline view.
The unit is furnished with a full double bed, a small seating area, table and chair set for four, smart 43-inch TV, inverter fridge, 1.5hp inverter AC, hi-speed internet, induction stove, cutlery drawer, and a full toilet & shower with inverter heater. Our built-in storage for clothes and personal items comes in handy.
Location: Conveniently located close to Cubao Central Business District, Araneta Coliseum, Gateway (10-15 minutes ride by taxi or jeepney) and a walking distance to Hi-Top Supermarket, Anonas LRT Station and Anonas Center and next to the National College for Business Administration. It is a 15-minute drive to major schools like Ateneo, Miriam and St Bridget School. Transportation options are aplenty from taxis, e-Jeepneys, tricycles and taxi.
Short - term and long-term stays:
We prefer rentals of at least five months for short term rent. Long-term stays allow renters/occupants free access to the pool, sky lounge and playground while gym access is also available at a minimal cost.
Monthly rent is inclusive of condominium dues. Renter pays utility bills (internet, water and electricity bills). Maximum of three registered occupants.
Rental Deposit and advance are required prior to move-in.
Nightly stays: Only week-long stays, with a maximum of two occupants, are allowed.
Facilities and access: The swimming pools are open with an extra PHP200 per registered guest (available during the weekdays only). Communal areas such as the gardens, playground, sports area, and roof deck and barbeque area (which can be booked ahead) are open to registered guests and tenants.
Note: We do not allow pets in the unit.
