-Terms:one month to 5 months stay no need contract of lease but with 1 month security deposit and 1 month advance ( covering 1st month of stay). For 6 months stay with contract of lease, 1 month advance ( covering 1st month of stay) and 2 months deposit.
- 2 months deposit shall cover any expense for repairs of any kind ( repairs for damages minor or major within the unit, and/ or repairs of damaged appliance.)
- the 2 months deposit is refunadable 15 days from exit day, or after all repairs have been done.
- aircon shall be cleaned every three months, we will provide for the cleaning of the aircon, the aircon cleaning fee shall be deducted from your security deposit
For daily use. 1,800 per day, maximum of 4 people
For weekly use: 11,000 per week, maximum of 4 people . Pets not allowed.
