Luchelle is a real estate professional that worked out very well for my wife and I. She sat down and listened to our needs and wants. She then was able to show us with condominiums that met and, in some cases, exceeded our needs. After looking at several units, we selected a unit that Luchelle represented. She was principal in negotiating a rent that was satisfactory to both the renter and tenant. She assisted with drafting up and facilitating the signing of the agreement.
