Extra persons will not be charged. (Share existing bed, no extra bed will be provided)
*Housekeeping is provided daily. Towels and sheets are replaced within a schedule.
*No additional furnishings, appliances or supplies, other than what is found in the condo, will be provided.
*These are self-service condos, no room service is available.
*Extensions are based on availability only. Please kindly check on availability as soon as you know you would like to extend your stay.
* Check-in time is 3:00pm. If you wish to check-in early, pls. do let us know ahead, pending approval would be based on room availability.
*Check-out time is 12:00pm. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee equal to 30% of your room rate will be charged for extensions until 3:00pm, 50% for extensions until 6:00pm, and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 6:00pm.

For Covid-19 Guidelines:
Building management released a memorandum ensuring compliance with the Omnibus Guidelines on the implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines released by Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), and Order Declaring a state of General Community Quarantine in Cebu providing Omnibus Guideline (Executive Order #709) thereto.
Under the memorandum, Building Management stated that move-in stays of 1 month and beyond are the only ones that shall be allowed. We are disheartened to say that short term stays are currently not allowed.
We are still waiting for feedback on when short term stay will be allowed for the rest of the year 2020. We will be keeping posted on this situation.
