The room was mighty clean and comfortable. Although, tv was not working at the time, but it didnt diminish the wonderful accomodation we received from our host.

The place was great! My folks enjoyed their stay. It's got good amenities (except for the tv though). ?? But anything else was perfect. I booked the place for my parents to relax and they totally enjoyed the stay! When I come back to Cebu, I'd definitely book this place again! Thank you Bryan!

The room was really good for couples, cozy and enough for 1000php per night. The tv only uses local channels but the host has a flashdrive with movies. Be sure to consume electricity and water wisely. If you love to swim, there's a pool near the entrance and you will pay 150 per person so no need to worry.Improvements:1. Tissue

Yeah just stay like for a week with my fiancee and this is the exact place for us cause it has everything like if you like to cook you can... clean and quite place to stay, area is very aaccesable for everything...ambiance are really good cause it has 7eleven convenient store thats has almost everything and staff and securities are hospitable and well mannered, clean environment faundation of the building is good...the owner is so cool to talk with and easy to approach if you have any concern about the unit he will do the action rytaway nice and very PRO when it comes to everthing and most of all trustworthy kind of a person.....so if your looking to have a better and fullyfunish studio type of a place to stay long/short term stay... i guarantee you guys this is the perfect place for you...thank you for letting us stay here sir bryan... and im sure will book you again hoefully this oct... your place is the best and you as well... thank you thank you so so much....looking forward to work with you again... pls block the november and oct... pls for us...
