We manage a studio apartment here at UDHT - Urban Deca Homes Tisa. The complex has a private pool and features city views.
The units are 25 sq m including 1 bedroom, private bathroom, dining area and a kitchenette with a mini fridge. A washing machine and flat-screen TV are also provided.
The studio unit has a double bed and a sofa bed and can accommodate four guests comfortably.
Parking space is limited, however both a bicycle rental and a car rental service are available.
Colon Street and Fuente-Osmena Circle are 5km from the accommodation. Mactan-Cebu International Airport is 24km from the property. It takes approximately 45 minutes to get to and from the airport.
UDHT is affordable, quiet, secure and close to IT Park, local shopping, schools and universities which is ideal for students and small families.
There is limited parking space and no elevator.
Utilities are not included in long term leases.
