It is about 10 to 13 minutes short ride to/from Cebu I.T. Park.

Our place has two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa in the living area that can comfortably accommodate three guests. The bedroom also has a private balcony.

Please turn off the aircon, TV, and lights when you go out.

Our place is furnished with a complete set of appliances such as refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker and electric kettle.
The galley kitchen has built-in cabinets and storage space, refrigerator and freezer, electric stove with range hood, microwave oven, rice cooker, toaster, french press, and electric kettle. You will also find a complete assortment of dining utensils.
Kindly turn on the range hood when cooking so that the smell will not spread throughout the unit.
Please take out your trash as frequently as possible to prevent pest/insects from coming into the unit.
Bathroom

Our bathroom comes with a shower.
The fully-tiled bathroom can be directly accessed from either the bedroom or the kitchen, features a flush toilet (WC), large walk-in hot & cold shower enclosure and hand basin.
