Guests can use the facilities provided that the owner transfers the rights to tenant to use the facilities. A move in form and transfer of rights document needs to be signed by both parties and provide to Mivesa property management. Tenants must also provide their government issued IDs. Otherwise, tenant's use of facilities will be charged per use. Price is subject to change based on property management's policy.
Guest access
Guests can use the gym and pool for up to two persons.

In case of fire, there's a fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink.

If you open it, close it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you unlock it, lock it. If you break it, fix it. If you borrow it, return it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

Maximum 2 adults. (1 child is fine), but let me know. Also, we will not provide additional mattress.
We have a zero tolerance on illicit drugs.
No additional guest inside the unit than the amount listed on our original reservation. Maximum guest is 2 adults and 1 child.
You will be required to to notify us of any additional extra guest.
The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place like sanitary napkins, tissues etc. in the rubbish bin we provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday.
Trash must be taken out everyday.
Lost key are subject to PHP1000 charge.
Other than that, please have fun.
