Our cool and cozy studio room can comfortably fits 2 adults with 1 kid in a 2 double size beds and centrally located on a quiet street of the new South Road Properties of Cebu overlooking to the coastal bay. Fully furnished, can cook, wash and dry with pool and gym. Quiet place and very close to the new SM Seaside Mall for shopping and dining convenience and located nearby business district of Cebu like Colon Street, City hall, Sto. Nino Church and 45 mins to Mactan-Cebu International Airport. Close to other big shopping malls like Robinsons Galleria, Parkmall, Metro Ayala Center and SM City Supermarket.
Requirements for Check-in/ Reservation:
- One month advance payment to reserve the unit and one month deposit required upon check in for security deposit kept for damage/ losses and breach of contract.
- Snapshot copy of Passports(valid IDs) for tenants staying in the unit. This is for registration purpose and security reasons in order to register to admin about your arrival and the length of your stay for the awareness of security personnels upon doing checking during your stay.
House Rules:
Please observe cleanliness and order at all times. Nuisance things like karaoke and loud music should be minimal and not over 9pm to pay respect to your neighbours. Please be rational in using power kindly turn off aircon shower heater and lights when going out and whenever unnecessary. No hanging of stuffs like clothes at the balcony, if theres a need please let me know, at the roof top level 6 have cage for hang dry of clothes. Food and drink is not allowed at pool area and must wear proper swimming attire as possible. Only 2 adults and 1 child allowed to use the pool and gym which is available 8am-8pm everyday. There is free parking at the main entrance which is subject to availability upon arrival.
