Modern Studio in the Heart of Makati
This is a 38 sqm modern studio unit at The Asia Tower. It is located on the eighth floor and has a view of Greenbelt 2.
The unit was renovated. French doors were placed to give the room a sense of privacy. The kitchen and living areas have an open layout. The dining area was incorporated in the kitchen island where two bar stools were placed.
Several light fixtures were placed to create a bright unit.
The bathroom was also re-tiled for a clean, updated look.
The Asia Tower is located in the corner of Benvidez St. and Paseo de Roxas. It is within walking distance to Legazpi Market, Legazpi Active Park, Washington Sycip Park, and Rada Street. It is also right across Greenbelt mall.
