Grace was amazing to work with. As an expat moving to Makati for work, I had no idea how the rental situation was handled in the Philippines. She did a great job of supplying me with ample units to view (15 in 3 days) and when I found the building I liked, she went out and found more listings in it. She also helped translate everything and keep me up to speed on the process. She helped with negotiations, creating the contract and being there every step of the way (even helped me get a Philippines phone number). Would highly recommend!
