Thank you for this opportunity to state my review about the owner/ broker of the Unit 1208 of Sutherland .Mr. Allan Miciano is unequalled as not only the contact person to inquire about the unit in question, but he is the most considerate, helpful and very generous landlord to the tenants of his unit. He made sure that I am very comfortable and relaxed while staying at his unit. Should there be anything I need other than what was very amply provided already at his unit, he will not hesitate to contact his local caretaker as he is currently in Italy, and attend to my request ASAP. His unit is well-interiored, fully furnished with everything one could need and the owner certainly has very impeccable taste in the presentation of this property....He gets a grade of C....for Comfort, Convenience and Class!! Thank you very much Mr. Allan Miciano...will stay at your unit anytime and anyone who will do so, will say the same...
