**2 of my roommates are moving out (reason: change in in office frequency and project deployment area)
**Slot upper bunk bed and on the floor (can bring your own folding bed)
Rent Term/Type:
**Condo Share (Loft Type)
**1 year contract (the roommates already consumed the May to June month kaya June 2022 - March 2023 na lang)
**1 month advance and 2 months deposit
**Water & Electricity are not included (4,250 + tubig and kuryente ->around 400-600 per person - so far di pa kami lumalagpas ng 600)
**4 girls in total sa unit, 1 bunk bed (2 girls), 1 sa folding bed, and 1 sa floor.

**Aircon in 1st and second floor (we don't turn on the aircon unless super init and sa second floor lang namin ino-on)
