We require 2 days in advance notice for bookings to accommodate bank transfer, further communications with Admin Office and prepping of the unit.
This is our Home when we visit The Philippines, it goes without saying that we treasure the place and intend to keep it true to our personal style while taking our guests' suggestions into consideration.
Our place is compact yet functional. Condo living with warm rustic contemporary
The 25 square meter (270 square ft.) residential condominium has a country theme with good ventilation and adequate lighting.
It is fitted with air-conditioner.
The layout of the unit is ideal for a single person, a couple/ 2 person (sharing a bed), or a family with 1 child.
The bedroom has:-
- one double bed measuring 54" x 75"
- a functional wardrobe closet
- ironing board and flat iron
- linens are provided and are always changed after each guest/s. (Please refer to House Rules regarding housekeeping).
The living/dining room (open plan) has:-
- one sofa (convertible to bed)
- books
- dining table & chairs
- a flat screen TV with DVD player.
- Netflix connection (for short term guests)
- Wi-Fi connectivity (for short term guests)
The bathroom has:-
- water heater
- 220-volts shaver/hair dryer sockets
- hair dryer
- clean towels
- complimentary start-up toiletries of shampoo, soap and toilet paper are provided. (Guest/s will have to resupply at the supermarket below if more is needed)
The kitchen is equipped with:-
- refrigerator,
- 2-burner electric stove
- water kettle
- rice cooker
- practical cooking utensils for light cooking like heating food. (No oily or greasy cooking please as it is an open plan space).
The whole building has a round the clock security.
