Ms. Jomz, as I fondly call her, is a yardstick to measure by for excellence in client service. I really really appreciate how attentive, responsive and supportive she has been. More remarkably, she is a woman of patience and is generous of her time despite my situation being on the field most of the time is quite unpredictable. Looking for the right unit is difficult as there are lots of aspects to consider, thus, we tend to survey the market to find the almost-perfect fit.
