SETTLEMENT OF BILLS:

FULL PAYMENT is required upon CHECK-IN.

Loss/failure to surrender the keys will result in a CHARGE of PHP 1,000
to cover for the replacement of doorknobs, keys & installation fee.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:

Guests will be HELD RESPONSIBLE for any LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
caused by THEMSELVES, THEIR FRIENDS OR ANY PERSON

RAW OR EXPOSED CINEMA FILMS, GAS CYLINDERS, COOKING STOVES, INFLAMMABLE FUELS, FIREARMS, ETC,
is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

During your stay in our condo unit, you must take care of your personal belongings.
The Management do not have any liability for the loss or damage.
Pets:
We DO NOT allow any pets at any time.
MANAGEMENT RIGHTS:

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner
and will NOT CAUSE any NUISANCE or ANNOYANCE within the condo premises.
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room
or other areas of the condo without previous notice and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
