This 23 sqm studio unit is 200 meters away from Vito Cruz LRT Station which can take you anywhere in Metro Manila. It is near Rizal Park, Cultural Center of the PH, Mall of Asia, US Embassy, Makati and De La Salle University and the College of St. Benilde . To the Mall of Asia, Solaire, Okada, etc., it will take you about 15-20 mins by taxi, same with the famous Rizal Park and the Fort Santiago in Intramuros for sightseeing.
Our unit is on the 46th floor and offers a magnificent view of the Manila Bay sunset. It is fully furnished and boasts of a Carrier A/C unit, Samsung LED 32" TV, La Sedia double deck bed with 1 pull out bed (capacity 4 people), two-door Samsung refrigerator, portable study/laptop table, couch, water heater, wardrobe/closet, imported functional dining table, fully upgraded kitchen countertop and drawers (also imported), range hood, induction cooker, coffee maker, bread toaster, ceiling fan with lamp, etc. We've also provided a small safety deposit box for your peace of mind.
Our place is in the heart of Metro Manila. It is on the border of Manila and Pasay City and only 4 kilometers away from Makati CBD where the luxurious Greenbelt Malls, along with Glorietta Mall and SM Makati, are located. There are coffee shops, convenience stores, water stations, spa/massage center, salons, computer shop with printing services, etc. which are located on the ground floor of the building. Outside, you can find sprawling restaurants, coffee shops, service stores, banks, convenience stores, etc. Since we are in the Malate area, we are near Ermita which is bustling district with bars, KTVs, restaurants, massage centers, casinos, hotels, money changers (we recommend SHEEHAH along Mabini Street), and a retail mall called Robinsons Place Manila. For health checkups or any medical needs, Philippine General Hospital, Manila Doctors Hospital even Makati Medical Center are all nearby.
The building is 7 km away from the Airport. With regular traffic, it will take you about an hour and a half to get there. I strongly suggest that you use the app Waze to know the best route to the airport at any given time. Based on my experience, taking Andrews Avenue from Roxas Boulevard and EDSA-Pasay gets me to NAIA Terminal 3 the fastest, about 30 minutes but I strongly suggest that you leave 2-3 hours before your flight, just to be sure.
If you are going to get some groceries, you can either walk 5 to 10 mins to Harrison Plaza, where you can find Shopwise, or SM Hypermarket. Alternatively, you may take a "pedicab/sidecar" and pay just P 20.00 per passenger. :)
You may have access to the pool, gym, jogging path, pocket parks, and study rooms located on the 7th floor. There is a 24/7 security service available in the building with CCTVs present in common areas.
My mother, Angelie, will welcome you upon arrival. She will hand you over the keys to the apartment and you may tell her your immediate needs. She will also be there during checkout for the keys and inspection.
