Payment terms for 1year contract:
2months advance, 2months deposit - cash or check. To be applied on 1st and 12th month
10 post dated checks for remaining months
If no checks, need to pay 1year advance + 2months deposit all in cash.
Pets are not allowed.

Home office w/ in and out employees is not allowed
Smoking / vaping strictly prohibited:
1st offense - 15k
2nd offense - 30k
3rd offense - 50k
Sublease is not allowed.
