Payment terms for 1yr contract:
2months advance, 2months deposit - to be applied on 1st and 12th month
10 post dated checks for remaining months
If no checks, need to pay 1year advance + 2months deposit all in cash.
Pets are not allowed.
Direct tenants only.
Home office w/ in and out employees is STRICTLY not allowed.
Smoking / vaping not allowed.
Penalties:
1st offense - 15k
2nd offense - 30k
3rd offense - 50k
Sublease is not allowed.
Health certificate / medical certificate or Swab test / rapid test from accredited hospitals / clinics / testing labs of DOH. With 14days validity upon move in.
