Payment terms for 1yr contract:
2months advance, 2months deposit - to be applied on 1st and 12th month
10 post dated checks for remaining months
If no checks, need to pay 1year advance + 2months deposit all in cash.
Pets are not allowed.
Direct tenants only.
Home office w/ in and out employees is STRICTLY not allowed.
Smoking / vaping is not allowed. Penalties:
1st offense - 15k
2nd offense - 30k
3rd offense - 50k
Sublease is not allowed.
Vaccination card / rapid test result from DOH accredited testing labs with 3days validity upon move in is required.
