Requirements:
- for Locals ( two valid government IDs plus company ID, 1x1 picture for ID)
- for foreigners ( passport, alien certificate of registration (ACR), company ID, 1x1 picture for ID)
* No private parking allowed, alternative parking spaces near the condominium building may not be available nor guaranteed
Paid parking is available at the Ayala Malls South Park:
- 35 pesos flat rate parking fee ( within mall hours)
-500 pesos for overnight parking/ after mall hours
* Only registered guests are permitted inside our studio. All guests staying at our studio requires authorization from the host and must be registered to our building admin prior arrival
* Housekeeping services is available upon request for an additional fee
* Landlord is not liable to resident, tenant, guests, occupancy for any loss, injury or damage to person or property from any cause including fire, smoke, rain, flood, water leaks, explosions, interruptions of utilities, leaks, theft, and negligence or intentional acts of residents or guests for any unintentional crimes
* House rules- guests and tenants shall comply to house rules, must use with customary deligence in maintaining the unit and not damaging or littering the common areas
* For laundry services, theres a laundry shop/ water station located at Avida Tower 1
