Hi, my name is JR and Byron was the agent who assisted me in renting the condo at Jazz Residence. At first, I was skeptical on how things are processed here in Philippines, especially when it comes in signing legal papers but Byron gave me assurance that there was nothing to worry about. He edited the contract the way I wanted to be in order to protect my best interest and his client (condo owner). He even sent me a copy of his broker ID to prove that he is legit and that he was there to help me. I am now enjoying my stay at the Jazz Condo until the end of April 2017 and so far everything is going well. Based on this experience, I would recommend Byron to others.
