I ended up renting the place from Elaine on a 1-year lease and I am so happy I got her as my first landlady. She's very fast with her replies, which I appreciate, and also very considerate when I mentioned about my concerns. The unit was thoroughly cleaned before I moved in, and overall the move-in process was so smooth. I'm really grateful!
