Jiselle is:Very Responsive - From the time we inquired, she immediately called us on the same day, and she accommodated us even around 7 p.m. to view the unit; and even upon moving in, whenever we needed her assistance she always responded immediately and answered our queries.Very Helpful - From the contract signing she even suggested visiting our place early morning for the contract signing because I am busy with my work during weekdays. She even did extra work because we wanted the unit to be cleaned before moving in and because of time constraints she couldn't find someone to clean the place, and we were surprised that she was the one who cleaned up the place and set up everything on her own.I highly recommend Jiselle and La Theoz for smooth and fast transactions. They are trustworthy and they are very professional.

A review for DORIE PIZARRA If there is a better property agent/broker in the Philippines than Ms DORIE PIZARRA then I would like to meet that person - DORIE is AMAZING! Having been let down by condo owners on two separate 3BR condos in the same block my wife and I were despairing of finding another similar unit. Having been left underwhelmed when viewing a 2BR condo in the same block DORIE out of nowhere (we weren't aware that it had even be advertised) came up with exactly the 3BR condo my wife and I were seeking!She was a driving force between the owner of the condo and my employer (who pays our rent), and just 10 days after first viewing the condo my wife had the keys in her possession. Even after finalisation of the rental agreement she has stayed in contact, and quickly responds to phone calls or text messages.Thank you so much DORIE - you are the best, and rest assured I will be recommending you to my employer as and when other expats are seeking rental accommodation.
