Our unit is good for 2 people. It comes with full furnishings, internet (up to 30 Mbps), and select cable channels. There is no balcony and parking slot. Pets of any kind are not allowed.
The monthly rate is at PHP 19,000 which includes rent and association dues. Utility expenses including electricity, water, internet, and select cable channels shall be shouldered by the tenant. To reserve the unit, the prospective tenant shall deposit 1-month advance rent via bank deposit/online transfer (non-refundable). The 2-month security deposit shall be settled during the day of contract signing via bank deposit/online transfer (refundable only at the end of tenancy, provided lease terms and conditions were observed). Post Dated Checks are required to pay the monthly rent.
