No AC but there is a provision or a split type AC. Personal items in pics are not included in the rental. Parking is rented separately (I don't have a parking space) Unit will be available for move in starting March 1st 2023 but can be viewed at any time.
Terms are 1 month deposit, 1 month advance. Minimum 6 months and for 2 tenants.
No pets allowed (condo rules). If no PDCs are supplied, proof of capacity is required. Condo dues are around 1700 per month and NOT included in the rent for less than 1 year terms.
Rental amount is negotiable for 1 year leases.
Outright sale or rent to own can be considered if interested.
