For 1 2 months (1 year term)= 1 month advance, 2 months deposits and 11 PDCs.
Requirements of the Building Admin prior to Move-in to the Condo Unit;
1. Notarized Lease Agreement (Host will give copy to guest/tenant)
2. Photocopy of Government-issued identification card (Passport for foreigners)
3. Health and Travel History Declaration Form (Host will give form to guest/tenant)
4. Submission of Vaccination Card or COVID-19 negative test result
or health certificate from Local Government Unit (LGU). (Consistent with the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Guidelines).
5. Accomplished Move-in Form (Host will give copy to guest/tenant)
6. Accomplished Guest/Residents/Tenant Information Sheet (Host will give form to guest/tenant)
