It was pleasing to work with Sir Arnel(Agent),His place is great, quiet, very clean and well maintained and has everything you need. Sir Raymund(owner)was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Will definitely choose this place again in the future. Totally recommend it.
