Our Studios are currently operating as hotel so it is elegantly furnished. We prefer single occupant or maximum of a couple only. Smoking inside the building and Pets are not allowed by the building management. We request Three months (3) months deposit and three months Advance. We request that the monthly rent should be covered by post dated checques.
