It was indeed a pleasure having Derrick as the agent who helped us out finding a unit near my place of work. He's very professional, accommodating, honest, keen, enjoyable to talk with and friendly. His help didn't stop after the unit was leased, but he still continues to assists us with concerns we sometimes have regarding the leased place. The "after sales" service makes him stand out among others. He is absolutely brilliant. Our relationship started as agent-client but I guess we gained a friend in him.
