This new, fully furnished 41 sqm. one bedroom unit is situated at the 11th floor of LE GRAND TOWER 3 inside Eastwood City with a beautiful pool view. Eastwood Mall, City Walk, Shopping, Groceries, Food Treats are just a few steps away. Just across is laundry, restaurants, Bo's Coffee Shop at the ground floor.
This unit has a queen size bed, sofa bed, 2 inverter air conditioner may be louder than regular air-con but more economical, electric fan, wardrobe cabinet, kitchen cabinet, dining table, sofa, electric stove, induction cooker, electric kettle, microwave, Refrigerator, Curve TV with mi-box for Netflix , black out curtains, water heater and wired wifi ready.
The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and dinnerware.
The bathroom has shower heater and a bidet. No toiletries. Extra bedding and towels should be requested in advance for additional fee.
Electricity, water, wifi load is not included in the rate for monthly stays. Electric meter reading will be conducted on the day of check in and a day before check out. Total consumption will be computed by admin and we will request payment before check out.
AMENITIES AT THE 6TH FLOOR:
Gym and playroom use is for free.
Pool use is free for up to 3 guests. There is a pool fee of Php200/person should you exceed 3 guests.
Note that other recreational areas such as game room may have fees depending on what facility you choose to use.
PARKING:
There is no guest parking in Le Grand 3 but you can drop off for 30 mins at Basement 2. All guest parking is located in the nearby mall. The parking fee of City Walk Mall is Php50.00 for the first 3 hours and Php10.00 for the next 2 hours and P20 for the succeeding hours. For weekends, there is a flat rate of Php50.00 for every 24 hours. Overnight parking is additional Php150.00. Fees may change without notice.
REMINDER:
1. Absolutely no smoking, illegal drugs, drinking party/party of any kind, no prostitution. Any evidence of illegal activities will be turned over to proper authorities.
2. Please respect my house and the community.
3. Please turn off air-condition, electric plugs or just pulldown main breaker when you'll be out for long from the unit.
