How do we ensure safety of our tenants? Our unit undergoes general cleaning once a month and disinfection or as needed.
What are the inclusions of the rate? The rate comes with hyper furnished unit and WIFi such as stove, pots pans, microwave, kettle, tv, bed pillows and sheets. We also offer free Netflix access to our tenants
What is the minimum contract for short term stay? 4 months is allowed with the condition of 1 month security deposit and advance rent
Do we need to make any security deposits? 1 month security deposit, refundable upon moveout
Are these the actual photos? The photos attached are pictures of our current unit. The upcoming unit will have the same layout, style and features.
Are there appliances? We have a full kitchen complete with pots, pans, cuttlery, dinnerware, kettle, rice cooker, stove, exhaust. We also have a Smart TV with Neflix and WIFI.
Do you have laundry? No. You may request for laundry services outside the building.
Do you provide beddings? We provide 1 mattress, 1 pillow with 1 complete set of bedsheet and blankets for each tenant.
Are there cabinets? One of the unique things about our unit is ample storage. The whole common area has storage cabinets for each tenant. We also have pantry storage, shoes storage, toiletries storage at the bathroom.
How will the utilities and association dues be paid? We have a monthly utility deposit that tenants will each pay. We will subtract or add accordingly. This will be easier and more convenient to tenants as well as remove the hassle of collecting from one another
How many beds are in the unit? There are 2 bunk beds with top and bottom single bed each, total of 4 single beds. Please inquire if you prefer the bottom bunk bed
Are your dorms gender exclusive? Yes. Males and females are separated together. If you are already 4 in a group, we can allow co-ed living arrangements. Let us know!
Is the rate negotiable? If you sign up as a group, you can get group rates. If you stay for more than 1 year, you can get a discount as well. Sign up now!
