Avida and the condo assoc do a really good job maintaining the building. No airbnbs allowed in the building for added safety. RESPECT to the unit and all public access is a must. Tenant Violations are promptly reported to the board and can cause eviction (hence my requirement of strictly professionals ) 24-hr security, concierge service, on-site technical support available for any minor repairs. The building also provides access to cleaners and helpers making you feel like you live in a serviced apartment if you wish such convenience.
