Mikael was very responsive to my queries especially when I was still looking for a unit. He was immediately available when I asked if I could check the units. He was open to my apartment needs (i.e. when I asked if I could see other units that had a washing machine, he offered me one that was available). We encountered a minor miscommunication the time when we were about to move in. He forgot my requested move in date so it took some time (maybe an hour or two) before we were allowed to move in the apartment because he had to process our condo entry access. We did not encounter any further problems after that.
