PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the presence of CCTV and the secure nature of our property, we kindly ask that you present your identification, along with the names and IDs of any accompanying guests, at the reception before check-in. This is essential for security reasons, as entry will not be permitted without proper identification.
CHECK-IN: On the day of your arrival, our field agent will meet you in the lobby at 2 pm to register your name. In the event that our agent is unavailable, a self-check-in option is available. We'll provide a gate pass and door code via email for access to the unit. If you require an early check-in, please inform us in advance. Additional fees may apply, subject to availability.
CHECK-OUT: Our field agent will personally collect the key card at 10 am, with a 15-minute grace period. This allows us adequate time to prepare the unit for the next guests. Should you need to check out later than 10 am, please notify us at least one hour in advance. If our agent is unavailable and you wish to depart early, kindly leave the key card inside the unit. We'll refund your deposit via GCash or bank transfer after inspecting the unit.
Our policy encourages guests to clean up after themselves; however, if time does not permit, we'll deduct a cleaning fee from your deposit upon checkout, especially if there are any damages to the unit.
