Very accessible also to supermarket, pharmacy, and convenience stores for your needs. Walking distance to other key establishments such as money changer, laundry shop (there's also washing machine provided in condo), spa, police station, and church.
There's a queen sized bed and 1 extra foldable sofa bed. There are also bathroom, dining area, living room and balcony.
Long term guests are provided with extra blankets, linens, towels.

FYI: MAXIMUM of 2 people.
There is sliding door between the bedroom and living room and there is a balcony.
I will consider allowing kids below 5 years old (Maximum of 2) as long as they sleep on the same bed with you and you are aware of the risks involved and take full responsibility.
*There is FREE WIFI (highspeed) and Cignal Cable TV Connection + Smart TV you can stream to NETFLIX for the duration of your stay.

Usage of Amenities this New Normal:
Amenities like Swimming Pool, Outdoor Jacuzzi, Kiddie Pool, Playground, Gym, etc. are available but limited due to covid19 restrictions. Pool and gym access are allowed but only 2 hours per unit guests until 6pm only. Swimming Pool & gym access will depend on the day of availability. Advance booking is highly required.
Please be advised only booked guests have free amenities passes.
Guests' visitors will pay upfront if they want to use amenities like the pool, gym and beach. You can speak to the concierge for updated prices. And please be advised that the Swimming Pool of One Manchester Place will be CLOSED every MONDAY for cleaning and maintenance.
We provide FREE ENTRANCE to the BEACH provided with BEACH PASS any time of the day until 6pm.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
NO FREE PARKING.
NO street parking. There is a parking lot a few blocks away from the condo building. This is PAID parking at your own expense.
A picture of your ID's will be asked after you have confirmed your booking.

Visitors have to present a valid ID and sign-in on visitor's log book.
Hanging anything in the balcony is NOT allowed and is subject to a 10k fine.
