For rent furnish studio unit Avida Towers Cebu Tower 1 9th floor, we accept short term stay like daily, weekly, monthly. Unit will be available starting Feb 28, 2020. we accept advance booking. we require one month advance and two months deposit to move in for long term rent.
For daily and weekly rental we required 50% down payment of the total accommodation amount for reservation. Balance upon check in plus 5k security deposit. to be refunded during move out.
For month to month rental, we required one month advance rent and 15k security deposit to hold the unit.
